Considering a Punta Cana Vacation?
Well you have come to the right place; A Punta Cana vacation on a tropical caribbean beach might be just what the doctor ordered.
We would like to help you find what you're looking for. We have been traveling to the Caribbean
since 1979. Our first Punta Cana vacation began with our group arriving on the beach at 4:30 A.M. As
the starlit night gave way to an astonishing Caribbean sunrise we could not believe what we were seeing!
On all my trips to the Caribbean Islands, I have never seen such gorgeous, white, soft sand beaches.
They were free of rocks and lined by beautiful towering coconut palm trees. And to think several hours earlier I
had been in Columbus, OH zipping up my coat to keep out the snow!

Let's see if we can't answer a few questions about your Punta Cana vacation before you click on our links for more details.
- Looking for All inclusive resorts...good news! The majority of the resorts are "All Inclusive" so put your money away.
- Looking for lawn chairs on the beach to relax...again good news! The beach is lined with them.
- Want a Rum Punch, Strawberry Margarita or just a beer on the beach...better news! Most resorts have a bar right on the beach.
- Feel like throwing caution to the wind...best news! That's ok too; if you don't want tan lines you can lose the top,
after all you are in Punta Cana on a Caribbean vacation.
- Night life...you are gonna need to do a little work on this one. From our experience most people would rather get up early
and spend their daylight hours on the enjoying the beach or the pool, however you can usually find nightlife if you choose.
- Speaking of pools...most of the resorts have beautiful pools with coconut palm trees, food, and swim up bars or drinks near by.
Most of the hotels also have pools with a shallow section for children
- The people...there are a fair number of travelers from Germany, Italy, Spain and Wisconsin
(If there is a party in the Caribbean I always seem to find a Badger) The Dominicans are warm and friendly, and most of
them are kind enough speak English and Spanish to make your vacation stress free.
- Activities...you will find that most hotels offer free water sports such as: sailing, snorkeling, wind surfing and for a set fee you
can enjoy scuba diving, parasailing and fishing. You can also enjoy some limited shopping; however, most of your time will be spent
on the resort. Looking for a bit more detail, check out the "Activities" or "shopping" section
Apple Vacations - Best Buys!
So we suggest you put on some Jimmy Buffett, Kenny Chesney, or a little Bob Marley and set the sails. After all you are paying for your Punta Cana vacation
in the Caribbean, so why not get the most out of it by making the "planning" part of your journey! Here is your crew: I'll be your captain
and I go by the name of "Forty". My first mate (and my last if I get out of line) is Gina, and a couple of swabs; Jim and Bob'o will help you
pull anchor and get this Punta Cana vacation under way! Just click on the links and let's get started. We just recently set sail so please check back as we build this website.
